Our company, Asano Research Institute, has developed a new decorative molding technology that adds drive to plate heating molding, enabling high-precision alignment. As a result, it is expected to be practically applied as a "high-precision positioning technology for vehicle-mounted light transmission designs using vacuum molding," particularly for light transmission in automotive parts. With high precision and short time, it enables "high-precision positioning" for coating and bonding plastic sheets to injection-molded products.
